Pacific Bay Pediatric Dentistry is a state of the art pediatric specialty office in Fremont. Dr. Bilbeisi is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. About the Doctor
Dr. Noor Bilbeisi, or “Dr. B” as she is called by her patients, graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in her home state of Michigan. After working as a general dentist for 2 years she went on to more specialized training in pediatrics. She completed her specialty training at New York University then worked in New Jersey where her focus was on unique and individualized care of children. Dr. B is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She won the quintessence award for research achievement while in dental school for her research accomplishments. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.
While in New Jersey, Dr Bilbeisi worked at St. Joseph Medical Center and served as associate attending in the department of dentistry. At the same time, she treated patients of all needs, even babies with cleft lip and palate. She is happy to have been able to treat many people from many walks of life.
Dr. Bilbeisi and her family moved to the Bay area after dreaming of living on the west coast.
